Data has seemed reliable, and the interface to recover data is straight forward and simple to use. I haven't experienced any issues recovering. Anyone who has had to recover a considerable chunk of files knows how annoying it can be to have to wait hours to restore.

This was NOT the case.) the major improvement we have noticed is SPEED! Recovery of files is so much faster (less than 1/4 of the time in most tests I have performed). While the price is a little more (I wouldn't consider it to be a substantial change overall, but some people suggested we would pay less.

Our business is a small section of a much larger organization, our section being a little over 100 strong, based in the US and UK. We moved from Connected Backup to Crashplan due to the speed and filesize limitations of Connected Backup, and I have to say that this was the best move we made in a while.
